Regulations: Competition is taking place according to the UIM rules;


Course:

§The Course is three buoys distance according to the drawn plan - shown at the drivers meeting.

§The length of the three-buoy course is 1440 m.


Race Format: 3 heats, 1st and 2nd heat are 4 laps each and will be run immediately each after each. 3rd heat has 6 laps. All three heats are counted for the total score.

Starting positions will be as follows: before the 1st heat numbers will be drawn (lottery). The result of the previous heat will determine the starting position for the next heat (i.e. 1st place has starting position one, 2nd place starting position two, etc.).


Race-NR: Should two entered boats have identical numbers, then the organizer will issue to those drivers new numbers especially for this race. All boats must carry numbers and national symbols according to UIM rule 206.01.


Entry fee: fee is Ls 20.00, JT-250 juniors Ls 10.00


Insurance:

§All competitors must have insurance valid in Latvia.

§There will not be possibility to buy Insurance on race site.


Practice: will be shown in the timetable.


Unofficial practice: Any practice except the official practice session is not allowed. Driver who is interfering with this rule will be disqualified for the rest of the competition.

Re-inspection: Any of the boats can be pointed out for re-inspection, which will take place in the pit area.


Advertising: The organizer reserves the right to advertise on the boats in a proper way.


Jury: Jury will be set up regarding to UIM rule 407


Additional regulations: The organizers have the right to it issue additional regulations to the advance program, which are as binding as these regulations.


Stopped race: Race can be stopped by the Officer of the Day in case

- he considers a major incident has accrued.

- a driver has fallen into the water.

- an accident has accrued.

The “Safety Crew” can also stop race.

There will be restarted with full number of laps. Re fueling is allowed.


Alcohol and doping: Drivers may be checked for alcohol level and take doping test in accordance with UIM rules operating at the time. Team personnel may also be tested.


End of race: The end of heat will be signaled by a black and white check- red flag. To get points the driver must join 75% of the heat length and pass the finishing line/checkered flag.


Point system: regarding to the UIM rule 318.


Award: The price fund consists of cups and awards to the first three places.
